Prices start at $49.99 and up for mowing depending on size of the lawn, front and backyard.

At Matiby Pressure Wash & LawnCare Services, we keep it simple: you like your driveway, home, lawn, landscape, and the surroundings looking clean, nicely cut, and beautiful. So do we! We are committed to getting it done right, and will not abandon you after the first  job (or second, or third etc). Give us a try, and we hope you will be pleasantly surprised.

We are Licensed and Insured in the beautiful state of Florida.

We are environmentally conscious and friendly.  We do not use toxic or harmful chemicals that would harm humans, pets, wildlife, and the surrounding vegetation.

If you like our services, please refer us to neighbors, friends, and family members.

Please note, some exclusions may apply due to staffing, personal safety concerns, and duration of travel times.

We will let you know in advance if we cannot make the journey or enter the premises.

Please notify us in advance if there are pets on the premises so we can be extra cautions. Big dogs kindly need to be leashed or indoors during our visitations, or we will not enter the premises. Please cage up any lions, tigers, bears, and gators 😉😱. 

Any scheduled visits missed by us will be promptly refunded back to you at the end of the month. We highly encourage everyone signing up for our Pressure Wash & LawnCare Services to submit payments on the 1st (First) of every Month, unless prior arrangements have been made. If payments are not received by the First of the month, the scheduled LawnCare Visit will be paused.

Texted SMS communications are very welcome, and a great way to keep a communication thread 👍. 

Our prices are negotiable to meet your desired needs. Our LawnCare Services generally start from $99.99 and up depending on your lawn size.

We work weekdays, and will give you a text notification the day before I/we arrive so you can put away any delicate and fragile items on the lawn or backyard, and leash all pets. 

Safety is our highest priority.

Additional services can be purchased for reasonable rates or as a monthly flat rate package.
