Pressure Washing refers to the use high-pressure water spray to remove mud, dirt, mold, mildew, loose paint, grime, dust ,and more from surfaces such as concrete, driveways, sidewalks, paving stones, patios, porches, pool decks, fences, landscaping rocks, wooden decks, buildings, and more.  We aim to deliver the safest and best possible results with regular pressure washing to prevent the buildup of dirt, stains, and potentially harmful mold and mildew.  Regular Pressure Washing can help restore and maintain the pristine beauty of your property, visually increase the value of your property, prevent decay and premature aging, and save on costly repairs from the elements.  

We are Licensed and Insured in the beautiful state of Florida.

We are environmentally conscious and friendly.  We do not use toxic or harmful chemicals that would harm humans, pets, wildlife, and the surrounding vegetation.

Our Pressure Washing services usually start from $199.99 and up based on area size, and can be bundled with our LawnCare Services for additional savings.  Give us a try.

Please note, some exclusions may apply due to staffing, personal safety concerns, and duration of travel times.

We will let you know in advance if we cannot make the journey or enter the premises.

Please notify us in advance if there are pets on the premises so we can be extra cautions. Big dogs kindly need to be leashed or indoors during our visitations, or we will not enter the premises. Please cage up any lions, tigers, bears, and gators 😉😱. 

Any scheduled visits missed by us will be promptly refunded back to you at the end of the month. We highly encourage everyone signing up for our Pressure Wash & LawnCare Services to submit payments on the 1st (First) of every Month, unless prior arrangements have been made. If payments are not received by the First of the month, the scheduled Lawn Care Visit will be paused.

Texted SMS communications are very welcome, and a great way to keep a communication thread 👍. 

Our prices are negotiable to meet your desired needs. Our Lawn Care Services generally start from $49.99 and up depending on your lawn size.

We work weekdays, and will give you a text notification the day before I/we arrive so you can put away any delicate and fragile items on the lawn or backyard, and leash all pets. 

Safety is our highest priority.

Additional services can be purchased for reasonable rates or as a monthly flat rate package.
